“We were in need of an air conditioning and heating professional today. We called this company and left a message. We were not expecting a call back, but within five minutes of leaving the message, Joe returned our call! We explained our situation and he gave us an estimated arrival time of 30-45 minutes. He rang our doorbell at 31 minutes! He came and assessed the situation and was back out the door in less than 30 minutes. He was a joy to chat with (both hubby and I were chatting with him).
